पिछले आर्टिकल यानि क्लास 25 में हमने लार्ज, मिड और स्माल कैप सीखा था. आज हम स्माल कैप को लेकर एक ग़लतफहमी दूर करेंगे. इसे दूर करना बहुत जरुरी है. आपने कई हाई इंटेलीजेंट लोगों से सुना होगा कि स्माल कैप में ट्रेड नहीं करना चाहिए. जबकि ऐसा कभी नहीं होना चाहिए. स्माल कैप का मतलब बुरी कंपनी नहीं होता है. स्माल कैप किसी सेक्टर की मार्किट लीडर हो सकती है.

In the previous article i.e. Class 25, we learned about large, mid and small caps. Today we will clear a misconception regarding small cap. It is very important to remove this. You must have heard from many highly intelligent people that one should not trade in small caps. Whereas this should never happen. Small cap does not mean a bad company. Small cap can be the market leader of any sector.

We had told in the previous article that companies below Rs 17,000 crore are small cap. If you go to screener.in, you will see that small cap companies in the range of Rs 17000 crore include Emami, Radico, largest battery exide industries, dr lal path lab, PVR, ICICI securities, Blue dart, Godrej industries, Gillete india, Many companies like Amar Raja Batteries, Apollo tires etc. are small cap. These are well-known small cap companies. People who say that one should not trade in small caps. In reality, they do not know how to practically make money in the stock market? Money is made in a market leading company in its sector. Be it small cap or large and mid cap. If a company is a large cap and does not meet our company selection parameters, then it is a useless company for us. Going forward we will also learn the parameters of company selection. V40, V40 next and V200 companies have been selected on these parameters only. So today's lesson is not to trade according to small, mid and large. We have to trade according to the financial features of the companies.
