4 कंपनी के पास प्राइसिंग पॉवर होनी चाहिए. कंपनी के पास सॉलिड ब्रांड होना चाहिए. अगर यह चीज नहीं होगी तो कंपनी का नेट प्रॉफिट कम रहेगा, जैसे ही रॉ मटेरियल के दाम बढ़ेंगे तो नेट प्रॉफिट कम होगा जैसे कोलगेट पाल्मोलिव के पास प्राइसिंग पॉवर है. चाहे कोलगेट के दाम बढ़ जाएं हम इसे खरीदते ही खरीदते है.

5 कंपनी के पास अगले 15 से 20 साल ग्रोथ करने की ताकत होनी चाहिए. आज भी अच्छी हो और आगे भी ग्रोथ पोटेंशियल होना चाहिए. हमें प्रोडक्ट का peneteration देखना होगा.
