सत्संग में महाराज जी ने विस्तार से आहार की शुद्धता पर बात की थी.
महाराज जी का कहना है कि हमारे देश में जहाँ कभी तलवार (मुग़ल और ब्रिटिश काल के दौरान) की नोंक पर भी अभक्ष पदार्थ (मांस) नहीं खाते थे और अपना शरीर त्याग कर देते थे , वहां अब वही चीज पैसा देकर खा रहे है. देख लो, अपनी बुद्धि को देख लो.
वह अध्यात्म को समझने पर जोर देते है. वह कहते है, बुद्धि को यह माया नहीं सुधारती है, अध्यात्म सुधारता है, भगवत मार्ग सुधारता है, भगवत मार्ग आत्मानंद है,
महाराज जी कहते है की ये रसेन्द्री (जीभ स्वाद ) तुम्हे नष्ट कर देगी.
महाराज जी इसको दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते है कि अभक्ष पदार्थो के प्रचार अभियान से लोगों के दिमाग में बैठा दिया है कि इन चीजों को खाने से ताकत आती है, वहीँ खुद को पढ़ा लिखा समझने वाले लोग यह सच मानने लगे है.
वह कहते है- बुद्धि मलिन है. बहुत ग्रेजुएट समझते है, बहुत पढ़े लिखे समझते हैं और सोचते हैं कि इससे बल बढ़ेगा, शारीरिक बल भी तभी काम आता है, जब बुद्धि बल प्रवीण हो, बुद्धि बल प्रवीण नहीं तो शारीरिक बल का विशेष महत्व नहीं होता.
तुम काल को शरीर से नहीं जीत सकते हो. तुम प्रारब्ध (पूर्व जन्म के कर्म) को शरीर से नहीं जीत सकते हो. बहुत सावधान. सब देख लो विवेक के द्वारा देखो जरा जगत में क्या हो रहा है.
भगवन नाम, भगवत चरणाश्रित बुद्धि इस जगत में भी आनंद प्राप्त करके परमानंद में जाती है. मान लीजिये.
कितनी ग्रहणीत बुद्धि हो रही है, भला किसी दूसरे के शरीर को काट करके खाने से तुम्हे सुख मिलेगा, तुम स्वस्थ रहोगे, तुम चिंता रहित हो जाओंगे शोक रहित हो जाओंगे।
जिन्दा पशु को ऐसे (हाथ से इशारा करते हुए) बांधके नीचे से आग लगा रहे है, एक एक सेकंड का हिसाब होगा आपका. एक एक सेकंड का. कैसे होगा ?
बस में बैठे जा रहे हैं, बारात में, सब मस्त हैं. अचानक आग लग गई. सब भून गए, जल गए ,पूरी तरह. एक्सीडेंट हुआ, मर गए, पूरी बस खाई में गिरी, सब खाई में.
जा रहे हैं भगवान् के दर्शन करने. पैर फिसला गिर गए, टूट गया, दोष देंगे भगवान् का. भले आज तुम सत्कर्म की तरफ कदम बढ़ा रहे हो, लेकिन तुमने पहले क्या क्या कर्म किये. तुम्हे कभी होश रहा है, जिस जीव को काटा है, उसमें परमात्मा है, उसे धीमी धीमी आग में भूंज रहे हो, ये ब्याज सहित मिलेगा चिंता मत करो.
जब ब्याज सहित वो मिलेगा तब तुम कहोगे, भगवान् बहुत बुरा करते है.
खेती है, जो बोगे वो ही काटोगे. एक दाना सौ दाना देता है. एक तुम्हारा कर्म जो एक मिनट दूसरे को कष्ट दिया, 100 मिनट तुम्हे कष्ट देगा.
रसेन्द्री की केवल वृति पूर्ण करने के लिए जीवो की हत्या विष के समान है. मान जाइए, हाथ जोड़कर प्रार्थना करते हैं. आप हमारी आत्मा है, आप हमारे है, अगर किसी को भी कष्ट देने की बात सोचेंगे तो तुमको हिसाब भोगना पड़ेगा।
भगवान हजारो नेत्रों से तुम्हे देख रहा है, किसी के साक्ष्य देने की जरुरत नहीं, वो देख रहा है, इसलिए क्यों कहा जाता है भगवान् को अर्पित करो क्योंकि तुम्हारी हिम्मत नहीं पड़ेगी अभक्ष पदार्थ भगवान् के सामने रखने की.
सात्विक पदार्थ ही भगवान् को भोग लगाओगे। तो भगवत अर्पित समस्त दुखो का नाश करेगा, स्वाद भी मिलेगा, स्वस्थ भी बनेगा, पुण्य भी बनेगा, पाप भी नष्ट होंगे, लाभ ही लाभ हो गया. यही समझाने के लिए सत्संग भगवत प्रेमी महातम जन सत्संग के माध्यम से इस जगत को अमृत पान कराते है.
महाराज ने एक अन्य सत्संग में कहा था कि चमड़े से बनी चीजे इस्तेमाल करने वाले लोगो को भी उतना ही पाप लगता है, जितना पशुओ को मारके चमड़ा निकालने वाले को पाप लगेगा.

How eclipsed is the intellect, if you cut someone else's body and eat it, you will get happiness? you will be healthy? you will become worry-free?you will become sorrow-free?
