सबसे पहले सबसे ख़ास बात

हमें अपने आराध्य देव का नाम हर सांस में लेना है. तब ही हमें लोक परलोक में परम सुख प्राप्त होगा.

अब बाजार की बात करते है.

बाजार में ज्यादा रिटर्न इसलिए आती है, क्योंकि यहाँ अनसर्टेनिटी होती है.

शेयर मार्किट में फिक्स्ड डिपाजिट की तरह सर्टेनिटी नहीं है.

यह अनसर्टेनिटी हमारे फेवर में है. अगर अनसर्टेनिटी नहीं होगी तो मार्किट में पैसा डबल होने की कैपेसिटी नहीं रहेगी.

10 साल से लोग कर रहे है निवेश पर स्टॉक मार्किट में पैसा क्यों नहीं बना

स्टॉक मार्किट में कई लोग 10 साल से पैसा लगा रहे है, पर उनका पैसा नहीं बना. क्योंकि उनको पैसा प्रैक्टिकल तरीके से नहीं बनाना आता. इन लोगो को मार्किट कैप, पीई रेश्यो, बुक वैल्यू, स्माल कैप,मिड कैप, लार्ज कैप, बोनस, राइट इशू, gtt आर्डर , स्टॉप लॉस,इक्विटी शेयर, कंपनी आदि पता है. पर उन्हें इसका प्रैक्टिकल यूज़ करके पैसा कमाना नहीं पता.

दरअसल हम लोग theoritical (थेओरिटिकल) नॉलेज को एक्चुअल नॉलेज मान लेते है और यही कारण है कि हमें आगे सिखने का मन नहीं लगता. यही कारण है कि 97 परसेंट लोग पैसा गंवाते है और 2 परसेंट ना गंवाते है और ना कमाते हैं.

सिर्फ १ परसेंट ही कमाते है. जब पैसा गंवाने वालो से पूछा जाए कि आपको पता है कि मार्किट में कैसे काम किया जाता है, तो वो कहते है हाँ पता है. दरअसल उनको सिर्फ थेओरिटिकल आंसर पता है.

स्टॉक मार्किट का थेरोटिकल आंसर है- यहाँ पर लिस्टिंग कंपनी के शेयर की बेच और खरीद होती है. किसी किताब और गूगल में डेफिनिशन सर्च करेंगे तो यही आंसर मिलेगा. लेकिन यह बात जानकार क्या हमें मार्किट से पैसा कमाना आ जायेगा.

असलियत में शेयर मार्किट एक ऐसा लीगल मैकेनिज्म है, जहाँ 97 फीसदी लोगो की पॉकेट से पैसा निकलकर 3 परसेंट लोगो की पॉकेट में जाता है. यह शेयर मार्किट का असली मतलब है. हमें यह मतलब पता लगेगा तो हमारे दिमाग में सवाल आएगा कि क्यों 97 परसेंट पैसा खोते है. क्या वे पढ़े लिखे नहीं है, क्या उनमें दिमाग नहीं है. क्या उनके पास समय नहीं है, क्या उनके पास लैपटॉप नहीं है.

उनके पास सबकुछ है, मेजोरिटी केसेस में यह 97 परसेंट पीएचडी, ग्रेजुएट, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट, वे mnc में काम करते हैं, वे CA हैं, डॉक्टर, वह सबकुछ है.

जो एक परसेंट एक्चुअल में पैसा कमाते है, उस १ परसेंट का 50 परसेंट ग्रेजुएट से ऊपर नहीं पढ़े. उन्होंने mnc में काम नहीं किया, वे अपनी क्लास के टॉपर नहीं है. उनकी फर्स्ट डिवीज़न भी नहीं आई. ऐसा क्यों?

क्योंकि ये 1 परसेंट अपने आप को ज्यादा समझदार नहीं समझते. रीज़न यह नहीं है कि हमें शेयर मार्किट की स्ट्रेटेजी नहीं आती. रीज़न है कि हम अपने आपको बाकी सबसे बढ़ा मानते है. हम अपने आपको समझदार मानते है. हम अपने आपको इंटेलीजेंट मानते हैं क्योंकि हम किसी mnc में मैनेजर हैं. हम किसी कंपनी में VP हैं या डायरेक्टर हैं.

आपको पता है कि आइंस्टीन का IQ लेवल सबसे ज्यादा है था और उन्होंने अपने जीवन में जितना पैसा कमाया था, सारा पैसा शेयर मार्किट में तीन साल में खो दिया था. वो इस अर्थ में सबसे इंटेलीजेंट पर्सन माने जाते है. ऐसा क्यों हुआ.

क्योंकि स्टॉक मार्किट में इंटेलीजेंसी नहीं चाहिए. स्टॉक मार्किट में विजडम चाहिए. विस्डम और इंटेलीजेंसी में बहुत बड़ा फर्क है. इंटेलीजेंट लोग वाइज लोगो के अंडर में काम करते हैं.

उदहारण के लिए मायावती उत्तर प्रदेश की 2 बार मुख्यमंत्री रहीं. हम उनको कितना इंटेलीजेंट मानते है. उनको कितना कंप्यूटर आता है, कितनी इंग्लिश आती है, उनको हिंदुस्तान की टेक्नोलॉजी की कितनी समझ होगी. उनको क्या पता होगा कि rbi कैसे काम करता है. या किसी कंपनी की बैलेंस शीट क्या काम करती है. उनको इसकी जीरो समझ होगी.

लेकिन इसके बावजूद वे २ बार मुख्यमंत्री रहीं. बड़े आईएएस अफसर ने उनके अंडर में काम किया. क्योंकि पूरी दुनिया में ऐसे ही चलेगा, इंटेलीजेंट पीपल बस यही सोचते रहेंगे कि मेरे पास यह डिग्री हैं मेरे पास वो डिग्री है. लेकिन यह डिग्री उन्हें एक सीमा तक ही फायदा देती है. भले इस डिग्री ने उन्हें एक अच्छा जीवन जीने का मौका दिया है. हम अच्छी जिंदगी जी सकते है, क्या हम 100 करोड़ तक जा सकते हैं. क्या हम २०० करोड़ ५०० करोड़ तक जा सकते है. नहीं जा सकते है. हमें लगता है हम डिग्री में बहुत बड़े है. इस डिग्री की वजह से हम कम्फर्ट जोन में आ गए हैं. वो यह कम्फर्ट जोन देती है कि मैं अच्छा जी रहा हूँ. अच्छा खा पी रहा हूँ. अब मुझे कुछ और सीखने की जरुरत नहीं है. मैं शनिवार इतवार को एन्जॉय करूंगा. मैं नेटफ्लिक्स देखूँगा. मैं घूमूँगा. मैंने बहुत मेहनत कर ली है. मैं टॉपर था. यह सोच हमें सैलरी के अलावा कुछ नहीं देती। हमें अप्रैज़ल मिल जाता है. 30 परसेंट से ज्यादा बहुत कम लोगों का ही अप्रैज़ल होता है. अगर हमें एक लेवल से निकलना है तो सबसे पहले भूल जाना है, हम बहुत स्मार्ट है. हम बहुत इंटेलीजेंट है. हमें सिर्फ एक बात माइंड में रखनी है. हमें यहाँ पैसा बनाना है. हम पैसे का सम्मान करेंगे. मुझे पैसा बनाना सीखना है. धीरू भाई अम्बानी से लेकर गौतम अडानी तक सभी बड़े इंडस्ट्रियलिस्ट इंटेलीजेंट नहीं रहे. उनके पास विजडम थी. तब ही उनके अंडर में बहुत सारे इंटेलीजेंट, टॉपर काम करते हैं.

Higher returns come in the share market because there is uncertainty.

There is no certainty in the share market like a fixed deposit.

This uncertainty is in our favor. If there is no uncertainty, then there will be no capacity to double the money in the market.

Many people have been investing for 10 years, why didn't they make money in the stock market?

Many people have been investing money in the stock market for 10 years, but their money has not been made. Because they do not know how to make money in a practical way. These people know market cap, PE ratio, book value, small cap, mid cap, large cap, bonus, right issue, gtt order, stop loss, equity share, company etc. But they do not know how to earn money by using it practically.

Actually, we consider theoretical knowledge as actual knowledge and that is the reason why we do not want to learn further. This is the reason why 97% people lose money and 2% neither lose nor earn.

Earns only 1%. if you asked those people who have lost money that do you know how to work in the market, they say yes, they do. Actually they only know the theoretical answer.

The theoretical answer to the stock market is – the shares of the listing company are bought and sold. If you search the definition in any book and Google, you will get the same answer. But knowing this, will we know how to earn money from the market?

In reality, the share market is such a legal mechanism, where money comes out of the pockets of 97 percent people and goes into the pockets of 3 percent people. This is the real meaning of share market. If we come to know this meaning then the question will come in our mind that why 97% lose money. Are they not educated, don't they have brains. Doesn't he have time, doesn't they have laptop.

They have everything. In 97% most of them are PhD, post graduate, they work in mnc, they are CA, doctor.

Those who earn money in one percent actually 50 percent of that 1 percent did not study above graduate level. they didn't work in mnc, they are not the topper of their class. They didn't even get first division. Why so?

Because these 1 percent do not consider themselves very intelligent. The reason is not that we do not know the strategy of the share market. The reason is that we consider ourselves to be greater than the rest. We consider ourselves intelligent because we are managers in an MNC. We are VP or director in some company.

You know that Einstein's IQ level was the highest and he had lost all the money he had earned in his life in the stock market in three years. He is considered the most intelligent person in this earth. Why did this happen.

Because intelligence is not required in the stock market. Wisdom is needed in the stock market. There is a big difference between wisdom and intelligence. Intelligent people work under wise people.

For example, Mayawati was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh twice. How intelligent do we consider her? She knows how much computer, how much English she knows, how much she will understand the technology of India. How would she know how RBI works or what works the balance sheet of a company. She will have zero understanding of it.

But despite this, she remained the Chief Minister for 2 times. Senior IAS officers worked under her. Because the whole world will run like this, intelligent people will just keep thinking that they have this degree, that degree. But this degree gives them advantage only up to a limit. Even though this degree has given them a chance to live a good life. They can live a good life, can they go up to 100 crores. Can they go up to 200 crores 500 crores. Can't go. They think we are very big in degree. Because of this degree, they have come in the comfort zone. It gives them comfort zone that they are living well. they are eating and drinking well. Now they don't need to learn anything else. They will enjoy Saturday and Sunday. They'll watch Netflix. they'll roam, they have worked very hard. they was the topper. This thinking gives them nothing except salary.

Most of us are like this. We get the appraisal. Very few people have an appraisal more than 30 percent. If we have to get out of a comfort level then first of all we have to forget, we are very smart. We are very intelligent. We just have to keep one thing in mind. We want to make money here. We will respect God and money.
